To recognize and thank you for supporting the Trail Conference, we hope you will join us for an exclusive, guided hike!
Cut out of work a little early for this moderately paced, 5.5-mile Appalachian Trail hike. Highlights: the relatively new rock staircase and loop trail at Fitzgerald Falls, scenic Cat Rocks and Eastern Pinnacles rock formations and Hawk Watch Platform. Bring a good flashlight or headlamp and your ice cream money, because we'll finish after dark at Bellvale Farms Creamery. Hike ends with a moonlit view of Warwick Valley, and the Kittatinny/Shawangunk Ridge.
We will meet at Bellvale Farms Creamery and car pool to the trailhead of the Fitzgeralds Falls. Folks can quickly tour the Fitzgeralds Falls or opt to begin the climb with another guide over Bellvale, which is a 500 ft climb in 0.7 miles where we will wait for the rest of the group to catch up and continue on.
Creamery closes at 9 p.m. so we will be keeping a steady pace the entire way!
